Most Sūtra retreats begin from £15,000, with fully managed multi-day programmes at luxury private estates ranging from £50,000 to £100,000 and beyond, depending on group size, duration, destination, and level of service. We'll always give you an honest view of what's achievable within your budget before we begin.
We work with groups from 5 to 150+ people. Intimate leadership offsites for a senior team of 8 and full-company kick-offs for 120 people are both well within our scope. Our venues and programmes are tailored to your headcount from the outset.
Absolutely. This is a standard part of every retreat we design. We collect dietary and accessibility information from all attendees during the planning phase and work directly with venues and caterers to ensure every guest is well looked after. Nothing is left to chance.
We work with UK, European and US-based leadership teams planning retreats across Europe. Our destinations span Scotland, England, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain (including the Basque Country), Switzerland and beyond. Absolutely. Venue sourcing and transport coordination are available as standalone services. We source and secure the perfect space, negotiate rates on your behalf and manage all contract review. We also handle private group transportation end-to-end, which matters more than most teams realise. We make sure that never happens.
